Before You Contact Us
Include the email address on your account, your Chrome version, whether Chrome was open at the scheduled time, the approximate publish time, and any error shown in the extension activity log.
Common Checks
Confirm that you are signed in to the correct Nextdoor account in the same browser profile, the extension is connected to your dashboard, the schedule is enabled, your account is connected, and Chrome is running when the approved publish time arrives.
